Conduct comprehensive safety inspection
- As railway network expands and accident occurs frequently with corresponding rise in railway operator's responsibilities, comprehensive safety inspection by which railway safety processes and management status are reviewed, inspected and assessed regularly and corrective action are required to be conducted in order to enhance the government oversight over railway safety.
