- As railway improvement projects increase across the nation and new railway construction projects such as high speed rail project are on the rise, negligence in construction safety management near or on railway tracks often results in accidents. Therefore, application for approval and permit for land use or land use activity itself in railway protection zone is required to be flagged to railway operator for consultation.
